19 Things to Do to Relax and Recharge



It's a holiday weekend and what better time to reflect on your life and evaluate whether you are spending your time the way you would like to. Are you feeling depleted or energized? Happy or sad? Calm or stressed? I suggest taking some time to yourself this weekend to indulge in some quality relaxation and recharging.

Consider these 19 things to do by yourself to help you relax and recharge:

Tweeze your eyebrows

Rub lotion all over your body

Walk around your house, apartment or room, naked

Make a healthy smoothie

Use a face mask

Color

Draw

Listen to your favorite podcast

Listen to a chill playlist

Re-read your favorite classic

Stay in your pajamas all day (without feeling bad about it)

Just eat the cookies

Put on nose strips

Drink your favorite cup of tea

Write a letter to your younger self

Write down all the things that are stressing you out or worrying you, crumple up the piece of paper and throw it away. (Maybe even rip it up for good measure)

Take a nap

Sit in the sun

Go for a walk
